Return Policy
Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of original ship date. Returns for Evelyn Rhea are for Store credit only. Store credit never expires! Exchanges are available for items at same price; customer pays difference if exchanged item is more expensive. Restocking and shipping label fees deducted from store credit if returns protection is not purchased.

Return Information
- Policy: Items can be returns within 14 days of original ship date.
- Conditions: Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed in original condition.
- Sale Items: Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Damaged, Defective or Missing Items: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery for exchange or replacement!

Arrival Time
- Packages will usually ship within 5-7 business days, but please allow up to 10-14 days if needed.
- If you have been sent tracking, it leaves our warehouse within 24-48 hours. If your tracking says your items have been delivered and you don't see them, you must contact the post office with your tracking number.
- Once packages leave our warehouse, shipping is out of our hands. If the post office can't find your package, you will have to file a claim with them.
- Evelyn Rhea is not responsible for lost packages, incorrect shipping addresses, or stolen packages.
- After your claim has been filed please contact us at shopevelynrhea@gmail.com and we will work out either replacements or store credit for the missing item.
